Over many years, Wes has been engaged by many different law firms and Government organisations (such as the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority) to provide expert opinions on issues associated with financial advice.  He has produced hundreds of opinions and provided evidence to the Federal Court and Supreme Courts.

Some of this work has been accepted by the courts as standards for financial advice and therefore become common law.
